Back from Houston

I wish there were something truly happy and surprising to talk about. We spent New Years Eve and Day in Houston, to see IKEA, the Rothko Chapel, and of course the old family haunts from the early 1970's. Tragically, we received news on the return trip that our Aunt Rosalie Grass, Stanton's little sister and the loving matriarch of a wonderful family, passed away this evening. I knew her as the adorable lady that impressed everyone with a lifetime of service and devotion to her faith. What impressed me was her absolute positivity - in my eyes, she was incapable of a hurtful word to anyone. - posted by Adrien @ 9:29 PM
